  Called the store & got someone to finally answer but they just continued to pick up & hang up over & over! Not professional at all! I doubt the higher ups wouldn’t appreciate how disrespectful their customers are being treated at their store!! Won’t be spending any money at this location!!

  The staff was not very receptive and the representative that was helping my wife and I didn't really know much about the warranty that I had I had to walk him through the process. They really need more experienced staffing.

  I got what I needed done (which was a simple phone exchange that was already pre arranged through customer service). The reason for the low rating is due to the staff not being warm and friendly. I have been a customer with t mobile close to 10 years and visited locations in various states, this was the first time I went to ta location where the staff was not friendly.
